In order to train the qualified manpower needed by higher education institutions and other public institutions and organizations, students are sent abroad for postgraduate education with the scholarship granted by our Ministry (YLSY Scholarship Program) based on the Law No. 1416 on Students to be Sent to Foreign Countries. Accordingly, within the scope of the 2024 YLSY Scholarship Program, 668 students will be sent abroad to study master's and/or doctoral studies with official scholarship status.
